The road to the Beautillion is paved with sweat, perseverance and a solid commitment to attend weekly Sunday workshops. In a program designed to inform, educate and build character and help members mentor younger African-American males and females in the community, inductees participate in a series of workshops and seminars during the year as well as receive formal instruction in etiquette protocol.
