SAN PEDRO SULA: DAY ONE

By Michael Sanchez '25
Coming in from the group located in San Pedro Sula, we have a great group dynamic together and are sharing a lot of laughs. We all got to see a lot of new faces and culture from food to architecture.
As a group we all shared the same foods from a small restaurant in the town. Me personally I have never had the foods before (pupusas, baleadas, strawberry lime juice) but it was excellent and were treated so well by the staff. After our fulfilling meal we got a personal tour of a plaza in the city. On this tour we happened to have the doors of a beautiful church opened to us and were allowed to go to the top of it. This was my favorite part of the first day as we got to see a very scenic view of the city and its surrounding mountains. Check out our pictures!
