Immersion Experience: Ecuador

DAY 1: SUCCESSFUL TRAVEL DAY

by Jennifer Hier - Teacher chaperone
It was a very successful travel day! Students were amazing travelers with positive attitudes.
We arrived in Quito as scheduled, were met by our hosts from the Center, and enjoyed a comfortable 45 minute bus ride to our "house".   Students relinquished their phones and settled into their dorm like rooms. Six girls to a room and four boys to a room with bathrooms in each room. We will start our day tomorrow at 8:30 am with breakfast and a tour of the center. Looking forward to seeing our surroundings in the daylight.
