A STRONG SEASON AND PERFORMANCE AT STATE FOR GIRLS RUGBY
Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Rugby Team on finishing fourth at the State Finals on November 2. In front of a home crowd in Lou Kellogg Stadium, the team narrowly and heartbreakingly missed out on a spot in the Finals by just one point in a tiebreaker. Solid gains were made on the 2023-24 campaign with the team garnering a last-second win against Monarch and several big wins over Valor Christian during the season. With six senior athletes graduating this spring, the Raiders look forward to improving their game during the spring rugby season as well as reloading their roster for another great fall season next year.
