BOYS TENNIS WINS TWO INDIVIDUAL STATE TITLES AND TAKES SECOND IN TEAM STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to the Boys Varsity Tennis Team on their solid performance at the 2024 Class 5A Individual State Tournament on October 17-19 at Denver Tennis Park with all seven lines earning top-three finishes. The team claimed two State Titles, four second-place finishes and one third-place finish. A special shoutout to No. 1 Singles player Alec Rodriguez-Fields '27 and the No. 4 Doubles Team of Spencer Buege '25 and Aiden Prananta '25 who garnered State Championship Titles. Teammates and twins, Blake and Sebastian Wright '28, each earned second-place finishes at Nos. 2 and 3 Singles, respectively. Joining them as State Runners-Up are the No. 2 Team of KC Eckenhausen '25 and Adam Rydel '26 and No. 3 Doubles Team of Carl Siegel '25 and Edward Samuelson '27

No. 2 Doubles - KC Eckenhausen '25 and Adam Rydel '26, Second Place  State Runners-Up!
No. 3 Doubles - Carl Siegel '25 and Edward Samuelson '27, Second Place  State Runners-Up!
No. 4 Doubles - Spencer Buege '25 and Aiden Prananta '25, First Place  State Champs!

The Team also competed in the Class 5A Team State Finals on October 22 at Denver Tennis Park in which they advanced to the State Championship matchup. The Raiders fought hard on the court but ultimately succumbed to a 4-3 loss against reigning State Champs Cherry Creek. Congratulations on remaining undefeated in the regular season with an overall 13-0 record (8-0 in the league), and finishing the season as State Runners-Up!
