ALEC WILLIS '21 DRAFTED BY THE CARDINALS

Congratulations to recent graduate Alec Willis '21, who was picked by the St. Louis Cardinals in the seventh round of the 2021 Major League Baseball Draft. The first Colorado player picked and drafted 211th overall, the right-handed pitcher finished his senior season with an impressive 0.72 ERA and 54 strikeouts throwing between 92-96 mph this year. RJTV Reporter, Barrett Pavlik '24, sat down with Willis to talk about his journey to the Major Leagues and his advice for high school athletes. Watch the RJTV interview here.
